Is Pilates hard? Sure.

But sessions can be hard and enjoyable.

You’re not alone. We’ll work together in one-on-one sessions to hone in on the details of each movement to uncover new strength, mobility and balance (and maybe share a laugh or two).

But don’t stress, this isn’t about perfection.

It’s about connection with your own body and how we can uncover ways to build mobility, movement efficiency and of course, address pain points

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move easily and lets me see your alignment. Grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene. Some type of sock is mandatory.

  • No experience is necessary. I work with complete beginners all the way to advanced clients. Every session is tailored to your body, your goals, and your comfort level.

  • Sessions may include the mat, reformer, trap table, and small props. You’ll never feel lost—every movement is guided and explained.

  • 55 minutes unless otherwise noted.

  • Consistency is key. Most clients come 1–3 times per week depending on their schedule, goals, and budget. We can discuss a plan that fits your lifestyle.
